Goggles-Mandatory

Okay, I need a new scanner. Like, bad. My current scanner is a printer/photocopier/scanner conglomeration and it is a piece of shit when it comes to scanning. Ruins my drawing. Makes my greylead sketches look like lithographs. Turns reds into magenta. Makes coloured pencils look like crayons. I hate it. Thing is, I don't know what kind of scanner to look at. I wasnt something that'll show my work accurately, and preferably, is capable of scanning A3 size. But I don't really want anything TOO expensive. So yeah, any brands/models I should look at?

...My gallery, that is. So basically, I've deleted most of my art that I no longer liked, all of my OCs are getting a redesign and new ref sheets... And stories will be getting under way. This will be happening very slowly, due to me being in my final year of school, but it's happening and things are going to make sense and it will be wonderful D:< And by the way do comment if you're an active watcher.
